QwikCheck Quality Control Beads provide known target values for laboratory sperm-counting quality control. MES identifies them for QwikCheck Gold, Spermalite, SQA-V Gold and SQA-Vision analyzers as well as manual counting chambers.
The QwikCheck Dilution Kit supports sperm motility and vitality during dilution. MES states that it can increase sample volume for fully automated low-volume testing on SQA sperm quality analyzers and is recommended by the WHO Manual.
The QwikCheck Liquefaction Kit prepares highly viscous samples for automated or manual semen analysis. MES also identifies use with agglutinated or aggregated samples and other conditions that prevent thorough mixing before analysis.
The QwikCheck 1-Step Vitality Stain differentiates live from dead sperm cells. The kit contains five premixed vials and can be used with manual methods or the SQA-Vision Touch-to-Mark interface.
QwikCheck Test Strip Quality Control validates the pH and WBC patches on QwikCheck Test Strips. Results are read by comparing the developed strip colours with the supplied colour chart.
QwikCheck Fixed Coverslip Slides use a precision fluid chamber to distribute sperm or quality-control material into one field of view. They load by capillary action and provide two chambers for duplicate counts.
QwikCheck WBC/pH Test Reagent Strips determine semen pH and leukocyte levels by colour comparison with the chart on the bottle. MES identifies them as the only FDA-cleared test strip designed specifically for semen.
